now... I would audition for alpha, and I meet the requirements...but I am content with my position. May I audition to be on the staff instead?

I'm sorry but you cannot audition for staff. Perhaps in time, you may be able to earn it, and become a moderator (staff), but first you need to prove to raven and I that you are worthy..
You can start proving us by recruiting new pack members, that would definately get a good word in for you.
I've been advertising, but I can only do so much, I'm working a part-time job, and school is starting tomorrow, so I'm rather busy.

I would like to audition for the O.paque O.men pack. I am used to proboards since I made my own wolf role play site with them before, but I kind of got tired of it and switched to Invisionfree. And I am good with html, proof: Standing still, the wolf rp site that is now affiliates with this site since I did most of the coding and all of the graphics. Here's my character's stats, I didn't want to post the history and persona again since I already did twice, so I just got the basics:
Name: Lucifer
Age: Unknown
Breed/Type: Dire wolf
Gender: Male
Appearance: Ghost, as of said before in color, is a large wolf with pure white fur, except for some grey spots from dirt and ageing. He is a large wolf, his paws, maw, ears, everything about him is large. Much larger then a normal wolf. His fur is thick, though he looks like he has been through a lot of hell through out his life and you can see it in his face, his eyes.
Mate: None, and doesn’t want one.
Pups: None, he doesn’t like pups.
Rank: Undisclosed
Pack: Undisclosed
Fears: Going back to the underworld…he has no other fear.
Height: Length wise he is 6’5”
Weight: 155 lb
Example of Role-play:
Lucifer, calm minded but torn from the inside out, couldn't be seen underneath the trees and intertwined with the shadows. All but one sweat drop, one beat of the heart, and his cover would be blown and he would have to run. Something was watching him, he wasn't sure what but he could feel cold eyes piercing him from behind. His body was frozen while being watched, but now he felt normal again as he hid. It felt wrong to hide, but until he could figure out what was there, he would not budge an inch.
Finally, the creature from before subsided. Its presence could no longer be detected and its scent had dispersed. Lucifer's form moved from the shadows into the dimmed moon light, slowly his eyes dilated and scanned his surroundings with no evidence of the creature. It was gone, but for how long he did not know. His tassel curled to the side in irritation, he did not like to be followed and before the day was over...he would find the creature and strike it down.

Alignment- Neutral, somewhat more aggressive then assertive.
Personality-
Even to those who have only been in his presence for no longer then a brief moment, they can sense that this male wolf is not one to be unpredicticable or easily provokable. Magne knows where he stands, and he does not waste any time in letting others learn about it, for better or worse. Possessing a practical, and logical approach to life; this wolf indeed has a wide range of knowledge as one of his greatest skills.
Somewhat analytical in his decisions, but this does not stop Magne from discovering new and unseen areas, in addition to having quite a lot of patience. Although, patience is an important trait when it comes to striving to be the highest rank in a pack. This matured wolf has always sought out the Alpha rank in a well-structured pack, and it shouldn't be too difficult with his talents and skills in leadership.
He loves to work in complex situations, mostly those revolved around patrolling the boundaries of his future-pack's land, and sorting out any problems with the neighbouring rival packs. Once he begins a task, it takes a lot to get him out of it; not to mention that it also takes a great deal of effort to even get his attention. Being interrupted isn't really a positive highlight of his day, because all things must be done correctly and accurately.
With a straightforward, methodical way of thinking and speaking, Magne needs a tad bit more time in learning something new then other wolves; but after he has successfully mastered the given skill, it will never be viewed as flawed or inappropriate.
Appearance/Build- A very well-structured body, toned with lean muscles, is the basic built of this particular Timber Wolf. Besides his powerfully-built, large body (that clearly shows that he has spent most of his young life successfully being the dominant, strong wolf in his home area), his fur is very dense and thick. A little bit lighter then one would think, it protects him sell against the various types of weather a wolf should expect in forests and the more arctic regions.
A little bit more long and feathered on his fore and hind legs, and his paws are well tufted to protect against the cold and any ice. The 'base coat' of his sleek fur is a silver/grey shade of white; beginning from his forehead/cheeks/ears and ending at the tip of his brush-like tail, is the 'saddle coat' of reddish-brown fur, ticked with black. The underside of his muzzle, throat, belly, insides of his legs, and his flanks remain as the 'base coat' shade of white.
His eyes are a deep orange in colour, free of any signs with disease or old age. His large ears always held erect in alertiveness and to show his proud demeanour, his tail is also proudly held high wherever he goes, as a sign of dominance and strength. Paws of average size for a mature male wolf, and nothing much else to note, Magne may not seem an intimidating individual to those experienced like himself; but to the younger, or less skillful wolves, pack members or not, they should easily distinquish that Magne isn't one to fool around with.
History- Magne began his life as a successful competitor amongst wolves in the area where he was born; naturally. Unlike some members of his family's pack, who had decided to leave the group and leave their area's boundaries in order to join the neighbouring rival packs; Magne had stayed behind with the older wolves.
It wasn't an act to try and keep 'tradition'; it just did not seem right to leave the very secure pack's land, to leave and join an unfamiliar pack, learning their inappropriate laws of survival. The only reason why his pack of origin remained stable and strong, was because of the Alpha pair, and the beta members.
So, this 'code' was carefully woven into Magne's train of thought and mind; for a pack to be strong and successful, the Alpha pair must be able to keep the wolves under their command to be wise, intelligent, and adaptable to most situations.

(This is an RP sample from an anthropomorphic wolf/dragon board that I used to belong to, but left because there was so much GodModing there that it wasn't even funny. =) Sorry for posting twice!)
Not much could be obsevered from where he was situated, not much at all. One would think that if you're going to head out, either during the day or later at night; you might as well choose a spot that held at least a small point of interest other then choosing one that lead you no-where. Tonight, was a particularly bad night for Morven. The pendragon let out a low rumble as he settled down into a comfortable position next to a courtyard wall, stretching his rear-legs out so his rear paws would rest against the corner of the walls, whilst his plantigrade'd anthro fore-paws were crossed over each other; supporting his chin. His dark green eyes stared fixatedly at one of the centre-pieces of the yard, any light that was there had illuminated the irisis; resulting in the usual silvery/white glow that occurs in most animals when a light source was shone in to their eyes. For instance, say a cat's.
The remainder of today's night-time escapades would've ended as a rather boring trip, and a waste of his time that seemed to never run out, if it was not for the sudden arrival of a new indivudal. Morven watched the anthropomorphic 'dragon as he had crept silently from a previously undiscovered doorway off to the side somewhere, out of his range of vision; and move across the yard, up into a tree.His large, triangular ears pricked forward with interest, slowly sitting up into crouched, his attention now totally focused on Tesreail. "Well, what do you know.. There is life here.." was his exact thoughts as he sat there, now trying to figure out a decision on what he should now, seeing as the situation has changed drastically.
Slowly, he started to get up on all fours; trying his best not to attract Tes' attention with his movements or any noise that he made make in the process. Any light that the fronima flame at the end of his tail may make, was mostly obscured by his slightly unfurled wings; so even then, no-one would really notice that there was a pendragon lounging around in a corner. Morven kept close against the wall to his right, trying to circle up and behind the tree where the other pendragon was resting, closing his wings further against his flanks and back; so as not to disrupt the peaceful lack of noise with any ruffling that would be caused from the membranes scraping against the wall's surface.
